20 Iconic Spots for A NYC Photoshoot

20 Iconic Spots for a New York City Photoshoot

Hi Friends!

To say I've been excited to announce this post is an understatement. It's been one that I knew I was going to write from the time I became a travel blogger. In fact, these photos played a huge role in how my blog got started in the first place!

One thing I promised myself from the beginning of this journey was that if I was going to do this, I was going all in. That way, if it crashed and burned, I could at least say I gave it my all...and part of "giving it my all" was having professional photos to use on my website.

So, I took my photographer Kelsey to NYC with me for a long weekend, and this post is essentially those 72 hours in a nutshell!

Looking back, that weekend was one of the best weekends of my life for so many reasons. We had so much fun roaming the city, taking pictures, and creating content. It made me realize that I loved the photography and aesthetic aspects of traveling just as much as I loved the writing.

I chose New York City for this photoshoot because the city itself embodies so many different worlds in one. You have the greenery of Central Park, the rustic cafes, the old-money bars, the Brooklyn Bridge, and of course, the Manhattan skyline. The options are endless.

I spent months planning this photoshoot trip because I already had a vision for what I would create with the photos I would get. I could use them for a plethora of blog and Instagram posts because I planned everything around the content I would create.

I hope you love this post as much as I loved creating it. If nothing else, I hope it inspires you to do what you love without any regrets or fear of failure. LMK what you think in the comments!

The Best Things To Do in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter The Gothic Quarter Hi Friends! Lately, I've been trying to revamp some of my older blog posts to make them more concise and easier to follow. I realized one of the posts that really needed some TLC was my post about Barcelona. It was long, clunky, and just...well...overwhelming. Once I dove in, I noticed the section about the Gothic Quarter was looking particularly stressful. I knew with all the info I had in there, it would take me no time...

9 Things To Do in Santorini, Greece Santorini, Greece Hi Friends! 8 Things To Do in Athens, Greece The Parthenon Hi Friends! April has me dreaming of warmer weather and the beach...and what better beaches are there than in Greece? I know what you're thinking...."Athens isn't on the beach!" And you're right, it isn't. But if you want to island hop to places like Santorini or Mykonos, then Athens is likely the city you'll be flying into if you're arriving from the U.S. If you're flying into Athens, you're likely staying at least one night...so you might as...
