I have SO much to tell you about Japan...

I FINALLY Visited Tokyo, Japan After 3 Years (and I'm Obsessed!)

Hi Friends!

I feel like I've been trying to plan a trip to Japan for the past 3 years, and somehow, it hasn't worked out...until now! Last month, my friend Rachel and I took a trip to Japan and visited Kyoto and Osaka, and then I did Tokyo solo.

Although I'm currently writing posts about all 3 cities, I'm introducing you to Tokyo first since it's the one you're likely most familiar with. In this guide, I'm taking you through everything I did as a solo traveler - from the neon lights to the dreamy alleyways to the restaurants with live owls 👀. Plus, I'll talk about the one safety tip I'd give to anyone traveling to Tokyo on their own.

If Tokyo has been on your travel bucket list (or you just love seeing a city through the eyes of a solo traveler), I think you're going to love this one.

Consider me your unofficial travel planner, hype girl, and “should we get another glass?” enabler.

I took my first trip Japan last month with my friend Rachel and was absolutely mind-blown. Earlier this year, I told you I wanted to show you more of my life when I'm not on a plane...and I'll admit, I haven't done the best job. Until now. Although travel is arguably my favorite thing to show you, so far, you've only seen the highlights. In reality, a lot of my time is spent behind a laptop working on my business: writing blog posts, editing...

I recently took a trip to Belgium for the first time, and couldn't wait to tell you about it! Before I left, I was trying to figure out how to split my time between 3 of its most popular cities: Brussels, Brugge, and Ghent. I knew I'd be arriving into Brussels first, but I had heard mixed reviews about Belgium's capital city. Some people said it was...
