Anti-Social Travel Club
Wait...what?
Hi Friends!
I first noticed the "Anti-Social Social Club" trend when I was in NYC and found the concept very interesting. It pointed to something that a lot of people feel but have trouble articulating: the balance of wanting connection but also needing space.
As social media, constant availability, and hustle culture grew, this trend emerged as a quiet rebellion against being "on" all the time.
I designed an Anti-Social Travel Club version to put my own spin on this trend and add a sense of humor around modern societal expectations. This one was inspired by the introverts, the solo travelers, the independent women, and the ones who challenge the status quo.
If you know me in real life, you know I am FAR from anti-social! One of my favorite parts of solo travel is talking to strangers and meeting new people from all over the world. Something tells me this piece may be the conversation starter I never knew I needed...
